Memorial pages are public by default. Any content uploaded—including tributes from guest users—is viewable by the public to honor the deceased's legacy.

Payments are processed via Paystack. We do not store your credit card details on our servers; all financial data is handled by our PCI-DSS compliant processor.
Data Retention
For Gold tier users, if a renewal is not processed after one year, the memorial will be rendered inactive until renewed. Platinum (Endowment) memorials are maintained indefinitely through the designated endowment fund.
