Terms of Service
1. Account & Memorial Ownership
Each user is entitled to create exactly one (1) memorial. You must have the legal right or family permission to create a memorial for the deceased person in question.
2. Gold Tier Renewals
Gold tier subscriptions are valid for one (1) calendar year . Upon expiration, you must renew your subscription to maintain Gold-level features (Audio, Guestbook, higher storage). Failure to renew will render memorial page inactive and hide it from public view.
3. Prohibited Content
We reserve the right to remove any memorial or tribute containing hate speech, graphic violence, or unauthorized commercial advertising. This is a space of honor and respect.
4. Platinum Endowment
The Platinum tier is an Endowment model. A portion of the fee covers lifetime hosting maintenance, while the remainder is disbursed to your selected charitable cause. These payments are non-refundable once disbursed.
